Should it be Bootcamp Semester 4 Session 3 instead of Session 4 since Session 3 did not even happened due to the heavy downpour at Yio Chu Kang Stadium. Today Bootcamp Session is SIMPLY AWESOME!! I was pretty worried about the weather and I keep checking NEA Website and my weather mobile app just to make sure that it don't rain. When I walked over from Bishan MRT then, the skies look cloudy but it was also quite hot. I was soaked to my skin in my Sport outfit. I was like whipping sweat off my face. Seriously nowadays, I sweat a lot. Previously I don't even sweat that easily but now it is like OMG!!! When I reached Bishan AMK park, no one was there yet. I am always v early and so after Delphine came too...(: The weather till then still look FINE to me but a few of us came and Adeline came too, the weather started to look gloomy. I could see the dark cloud. The skies look threatening and it looks like it gonna rain heavy any time. I was like oh please, please don't rain again. Why are you Mr Weather spoiling all the fitness stuffs that I want to do. Last Saturday, you got to spoilt my plan with the rain and I could not run, please don't rain please! I was like praying v hard that the black clouds will go away... At last, it did blew away and we could have our bootcamp. I was like OMG, I am so Happy!!! As what I remembered today: The thick white Rope by the name Jonathan... This rope is v thick and just now I heard, it weight about 7kg.... OMG, it is so heavy... Previously when I see this rope, I shuddered with fear. Why?? Caused it is so HEAVY!!! 1st drill: Doing Wave with Heavy Jonathan two person holding the rope at one point.. and the another one holding the mid section of the rope and doing wave. We did two kind of wave drills. It is FUN but Jonathan is simply v heavy... 2nd drill: running around the small cones and some other drills that I can't really remembered. 3rd drill: Agility. Numerous rings on the floor. We got to jump in and jump out two times all the way!!! This is FUN but quite tiring too but <3! In this drill also got push up and crawling all the way if I remembered correctly. The 2nd part I did not participate caused I felt v shagged out so got reserved taking over me. The kid took over and kid are really kid. They are really GOOD!!! 4th drills: Part 1: Carrying Heavy Jonathan on left and right shoulder and walk Part 2: Carrying Heavy Jonathan on left and right shoulder and do squats *I was really horrified caused Jonathan is SO HEAVY!!! How am I gonna carried it on my left and right shoulder?? Confirmed my shoulder will be sore that is FOR SURE! Hmmmm...but no! I managed to do it! I told myself I got 100% confidence in myself and I must DO IT!!! I can't GIVE UP!!! In the end, I managed to DO IT which I was really v Happy with myself!!! I conquered of my fear of the thick White Rope!!! In the past, I really cringed when I got do drills with that thick rope!! 5th drill: 2 partners drills (can remembered what it is but don't know how to described) Two kind of partners drills here. A few other kind of exercise : we got to lie sideway and raise our leg to do scissor... toning abs man and also doing some drill with the red rings. Lastly it is the Tug of War which I think is the MOST FUN ONE!! Overall, Today Bootcamp is AWESOME!!! With great Bootcamper peepos and also with a Awesome Trainer Ade, Fabulous!!!
