Finally there is zumba class again. There was no zumba class last week and I felt so empty. Every Friday without doubt, I will be looking forward to class. Zumba class is one of the class that make me feel so happy always. It is the only sport that I can dance crazy and go high in class (: Most importantly I can lose weight doing zumba, who would not like it when it is so GOOD? I have been doing it for 19 terms already but I can't say I am genius or whatever caused there is a new tracks and I have to learn the dance steps. I am such a slow learner so most of the time I can't catch it or I make a mess of the steps until a few lessons later so but still I am loving every moment of it!! The class today is so small. I was pretty surprised at the amount but I still enjoyed myself without doubt. Although at one point, I don't know what overcome me... I think I danced till I felt a bit giddy and was seeing stars... Either I was so high or too happy that I lost myself... I seriously don't know but I managed to "find" myself later on. Familiar tracks but of cos there is new tracks today. One Zumba track by the kids and seriously they are so GOOD!!! Kids really learn dance steps so fast and they actually come out with the dance steps by themselves. I am so IMPRESSED!!! Clap!!! Only a few tracks I could make out today: 1. Bouje - J Perry 2. Juntos dos los 3. Indian Moonshine (super old track, change ligh bulb) 4. the rest I am not sure already... **** Seriously I am very HAPPY today! Everyday without fail, I would weight myself so imagine my HAPPINESS when I saw the number on the scale....Previously I was like so ANGRY and also dissappointed that I balloon to 49kg and it is like almost 50kg. Having such weight is courting death cause it mean I am overweight....After seeing the amount then, I was really frighten to death cause I never imagine I will weight that HEAVY! I decided to do something. Health is very important to me and I want to make sure I am healthy so I started with a plan to do so. I joined a Bootcamp class and I knew Ade would take the weight, body fat etc so I decided to based on the result and start my lose weight plan.... I started running regularly and of cos eating v healthy. I literally cut down on sugar and wipe the sweet tooth of mine. I only allowed myself to have a cheat day on a Saturday or something I don't even allowed myself to do so. I started to eat more vegetables, cut down on unhealthy food and drank a lot of water! I even gave up my 100 plus and h20 drink cause I saw the sugar amount in it and I was so FREAK OUT! So as of today 16 May 2014, I actually lost a whopping of 1.5kg. 1.5kg was simply hard work!!! Ade commented in class that I look v different from the chingay days to now. Seriously during Chingay days, my face simply look like a puffer fish. So big fat and fleshy... I can't believe I look so OMG then!!! I want to get rid of the double chin and also get a V shape that is for sure!!! I seriously hope I can reach my ideal weight by July! Slowly but definitely I will reach it with my determination and discipline life.... I will Jiayou and yes Tomorrow I gonna run at 7am again!!!
