Today was Horrible cause the stomach cramp pain was so extreme. I did not want to take the painkiller but end up I could not stop the Pain anymore. At some point the pain was so bad that I could actually feel tears cause I was really in Pain.  Every month it is like this? How long must I suffer?

Even I got a seat on the train while on my way to the doctor, it did not help at all... I was literally biting my lips and clinching my fist cause I was like OMG, why is it so Pain!!! Can the pain just go away and stop torturing me with this Pain!!

The pain was horrible that I actually felt like my leg was wobbly already but I tried my uttermost best to walk to the clinic and each time trying to take deep breathe to calm myself down.

I was like finally I was at the polyclinic but then I was told that I would have to wait around 2 plus plus hours to see a doctor. The polyclinic's air-conditional is so cold too which make me feel even more uncomfortable.  I was like can it be my turn quick. During the whole period waiting, I was like in Pain and my face was ashen white... The painkiller only kicked in a while later after I was in the polyclinic... it did ofter me some relief but after the medicine went off, the pain crept back again! Terrible!

I actually knew that the only way to solve this pain is to go for the keyhole surgery to remove the ovary cyst that is on the right side. That is the best option but then again I am so scared to go under the knife too. I mean who won't be right?

If Chinese medication can help, I don't mind trying too...

Sincerely I hope I could get this pain off me...

to think that I thought exercising would actually help...Exercise did HELP but then the cyst is still stubbornly there... SIGH!!!

I am so excited that FINALLY I signed up for this ELECTRIC RUN 2014!
Neon Light -----> which remind me of zumba attire and BEST thing it is at F1 side too..

I started my one palm diet today ----> towards meat items and tried to eat more leafy veggie!
Great start and I hope with the eat right attitude I would get my desire weight...

This Saturday gonna be A BIG TEST! BUFFET!!
OMG! I better control myself!!! Don't Overeat!!
