Kickboxing certainly can work up a sweat and really get me all feeling so shiok after such exercise workout. Kickboxing may be so strenuous but then again I always look forwards to the class every wednesday no matter what. I got hooked to kickboxing after trying it at revenue house. Then I was only just doing Yoga then I saw it was pretty exciting and tried one and then I became regular then and now I am doing it at sembawang cc!!! Today Lesson was SO SO FUN!!! Today class, there was this partner work out and I got no partner and end up I did it with Ade! #Throwback Maybe then I was exempted from the PE scene for so many years then I took it like I was "Forever exempted and declared myself ---> No PE... I decide to do something and so yeah now I am so into it till my parents went ah yeah, there she go so hyper excited over her fitness blah blah....Now this has rubbed on to my younger sister who do not not exercise either....Glad my influence of Yoga is rubbing on to her and she asked me to teach her some so she won't throw her face in her FITNESS FIRST Yoga class (: I love my EXERCISE REGIME and I think exercising thrice a week is OKIE....better than not doing at all....(: Monday Wednesday Yoga ( May 2012 till now) Friday 3 days work out is GOOD But no matter how hard you work up and not eat a balance diet, it defy the PURPOSE TOO!! I shall try a healthy alternative to dropped those kilo....those excess kilo are way overdue.... 1. Back to rolled oat for breakfast...Let try it with skimmed milk. lastly lalala!
