It been 2 terms already and I can't believe I actually stay on and soldiered on for 2 terms...
Unbelievable, I shall said cause it is so UNLIKELY Me...
I am certainly so PLEASED with myself....

I reached early and saw Delphine was already there and soon the rest came.
Today class is simply small with just me, Patricia, Xiaojun, Laura, Prafulla ( I am not sure how to spell her name either) and of cos Awesome Adeline (: Adeline is too Awesome that why now become the word Awesome just suit her to a T (: haha!!! We did resistance training using our resistance band and did some aerobics warm up at the start...

I partnered with Xiaojun for most of the "Drills" cause we have almost the same height....
I indeed have a lot of FUN and I am really looking forward to the new term on the 20 Jan 2014!!
OMG, just realized Ade wrote she gonna take measurement...OMG 0.0! I think my measurement are haywired already, that is FOR SURE!!! All those feasting and indulging on junk food is certainly making me guilty but wait a minutes, I did not feast a lot but yeah then again I feel so dissappointed to know I did not lose much weight either ):

This upcoming Saturday, I got a "date" with the lab nurse again to do my blood test... Blood Test again??!!! To me doing a blood test is nothing but seeing the result can make my heart stop, that is for SURE! It either make me feel satisfied with the result or make me go emo-ing why is the result so horrible...??

So happy to hear that but then my parents day in and day night have been nagging say I am FAT!!!
yeah of course if you place me besides my skinny younger sister, that is for sure I AM FAT, she is so skinny....

My brother did his blood test recently only and omg his result is Fantastic!!!
I was like he is eating all the JUNK food and yet his result is a Pass!!!
NOT FAIR!!!!! what lousy body do I have, eat junk food and the result is so obvious and they eat junk food and the result is like not showing at all!!! ):

Never mind, I will put in more effort to exercise more!!!

the 1st 15 mins of your workout, your body burn sugar and carb
At 30mins of your workout, your body enters the fat burning zone!!!
No wonder doctor always recommend people to work out for at least 45 mins to 1 hr.. now I know where the logic come about....

Amelia is not joining me for this term which mean after yoga class end, I got to RUSH to catch the bus to sembawang mrt if not I would SURE reach home super LATE!
