I need to recuperate last year due to my surgery so I gave up this run last year. I was sad but yet was left with no choice.
I am glad I conquered this run this year.
Seriously I got to admit doing this 10km run was not an easy thing. Towards the 4km mark, I was already feeling very tired and was like how I gonna conquered that remaining 6km. I was also very worry that I would have an asthma attack but I knew I won't caused I did inhaled 2 puff earlier. Usually now I will spray my ventolin before doing any exercise least I hypervilate.
Well I did managed to clocked my 10km within 1 hr 25 mins. Timing was longer than my last 10km run in 2014.
I knew I had fare worse comparable to two years back. Actually if u asked me if anything changes after Oct 22nd, I would say yes definitely. Although my pain are gone but my stamina and immunity was not as good as last anymore.
Shape run 2016: timing for 5km added 5mins more same as my 10km run.
