Did not managed to do all the drills at Bootcamp caused I trip and fell and hurt my ankle, I just realized that whenever I get hurt, it is always the left side of my body. I fracture my left arm when I was younger. I sprained my ankle (today was the 2nd times) and it is again on the left too. My blood cyst which was removed surgically last October was also on the LEFT! OMG, how come everything is on the LEFT one!!! I could not do the drills so I end up resting a lot and helping Adeline to take some pictures. I did some drills too when the rest of them went for their runs and I was left alone there with her and we did some resistance band training. I am not very good with resistance training or should I say I fared very badly in this aspect. I tried my best to do it but somehow always screwing it up but I will still try my BEST to master it. My ankle hurt a lot BUT perhaps I rest more so my ankle did not felt as terrible as the previous time I hurt my ankle. I remembered the previous time I hurt my ankle, it was very BAD. I tripped and fell on my way home. It was quite dark. The next morning, I could barely climbed out of my bed and every step I took then was a torture. then my ankle swelled very badly and I was given 3 days medical certificate but well 3 days was barely enough cause I could not walk well then. Upon asking my friend who work at the pharmacy, he suggested using compress ankle sock on my ankle. It did work wonder and I managed to recover well in time for the zumba event I at AMK CC. That was so long already but I remembered cause I sprained my ankle terribly then. I was so annoyed with myself for felling down then. Like what Adeline says, I am very "lun zhun" aka hokkien version clumsy lo. Actually she is not the first one who say this, my parents say that of me too. Faint !! Adeline is one of my close friends whom I take advice cause I respect her as a big sister like how I listen to Amelia and Sze Jie too! luckily now ankle hurt lesser now! Whew! tagboard.
