Whenever I flip Shape Magazine, I feel so sad! This is like driving me NUT cause I cant really exercise. Luckily this is like the 5th weeks already so I am trying to incorporate some steps into my daily routine already! ~Zumba addict~ Can you imagine that for no reasons I am doing step touch in my bedroom cause of a certain song that blast into my music player! Then I realized I was "dancing" in my room! Insanely crazy! This actually showed how much I missed Zumba and yet I can't do it. I locked the room door in my room and just try to do some basic steps although I cant possible do a full one cause I can't remember every steps unless I watch the videos that I took then. ~Yoga~ I TRIED my best to do mountain pose and some BASIC yoga asanas at home! I have been doing yoga for a long time and I DID READ UP on Yoga while on my 5 weeks hospitalization leave! I am dying to do Yoga again! Doing yoga on my own at home does no kick to me cause I am sure there are some areas that I am wrong like sometime when I do downward dog then like look correct but wrong....): Conclusion is I must continued to go for Adeline's yoga class if not my yoga gonna be so rusty. Seriously I never thought I would take up Yoga till then I tried my 1st private Yoga class at Claymore with her! Actually I missed the private Yoga class that I did with her then. Now, Adeline don't teach private yoga anymore. The yoga peeps have shifted to Bootcamp. I love Bootcamp too BUT it is like not always Yoga so I jumped at the opportunity when I realized she taught Yoga toning at Sembawang cc! Never mind it is FAR as long it is Adeline's class, I sure GO! If she still teach private Yoga, I would sure join BUT haha like no have. There is one class I noticed that she taught every Monday but not sure where it is. I am dying to do YOGA!!! To make myself feel better, I gonna do yoga every night!!! Unless my wound protest then I STOP But my wound look WELL! I tried stretching today and nothing happened to me! The only thing that I dare not do yet is crunches ALTHOUGH I find my tummy damn demoralizing! How to lose weight with just brisk walk! I need more hard core exercise to make my weight go down! Now looking at the weighing scale, I feel like destroying it. I bet my visceral fat level went up! Someone just kill me man!!! I gonna exercise secretly in December! I dont care!!!! I shall tried and see whether it hurts if it hurts then I gonna stop. I haven even tried running although I know running can help me to lose weight! What I gonna tried - it wont hurt 1. Skipping - last time cannot jump too much cause got cyst BUT now the cyst is GONE! 2. Running - Doctor deemed it too strenuous and my point of view, when is running strenuous?? 3. Zumba - haha, I have been secretly doing it since week 4...my legs cannot control when I hear it. 4. Yoga - Started doing simple pose like mountain and some random pose that dont hurt my abs Telling me that I can't exercise gonna drive me NUT! Luckily the 6 weeks mark is near! This Thursday 26 Nov is the 5th week and 3rd of Dec is the 6th weeks mark! The only thing I can't do is to carry heavy dumbell or things like kettle bell etc. I guess the rest gonna be safe for me! I am sure! I need to tone my body to look NICE on Xmas gatherings!!! tagboard.
