Lose Lose Lose Lose Lose MORE WEIGHT! I <3 IT To gain weight, it is so DAMN EASY To lose weight, it is so DAMN HARD It is seriously HARD WORK to be that motivated and determined to do it. I almost GIVE UP cause I was not SEEING ANY RESULT! It is like just to lose that 0.1kg or that 1kg, it is so HARD. I was like quite dissappointed but then I told myself I can't throw in the towel just LIKE THIS! I ended up continued to exercise REALLY HARD. When I say REALLY HARD, I mean REALLY DISCIPLINE! #cutdownonsugar #cutdownonsalt #eatmoregreen #lesscarb #morevitamins I make sure I do it and no cheap talk and coming out with lame excuses not to exercise. Besides the Mon, Wed and Friday classes, I MAKE IT A MUST to exercise every Sunday! Actually at the start, the sunday was more like to train for my 5km competitive run on August 17 but now it is more like it is a must do run every sunday. Unless it pours, then I will skip it and do something else like push up or some strength training with my "cute dumbbell" hahaha, when did my dumbbell become cute?? Do a few sets with it, the feeling is omg so "sour". Monday ~~~~ The START of The Week ~~~~ BOOTCAMP, I super LOVE. Fat Burning Session @Bishan AMK Park for 90mins!!! No matter how tired I am on a Monday, I ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO IT!! Tuesday ~~~~ No class but this does not MEAN I AM SLACKING EITHER. Every Morning, I will alight one station away from Newton MRT which is Orchard MRT. I will brisk walk from Orchard Ion to Wheelock to Lido to Claymore to Far East Plaza to Royal Plaza @ Scott to Goodwood Park Hotel and then to Environment Building. p.s: Actually I do this 5 days in a week every morning when I go to work. By the time I reach office, my dress or blouse is soaking wet, my hair is wet, face cover in sweat and make up all mash....): but I am HAPPY Cause I did exercise (: Wednesday~~~~~ lalalalala xoxoxo ~~~ Back to Back classes. Kickboxing and Yoga. I love the adrenaline rush and the endorphins overloaded feeling when I do kickboxing. The feeling is really different. I may be v SHAGGED after it...but I love it!!! Adeline's kickboxing is REALLY INTENSE but I like it so MORE KICKBOXING TERMS!!! (: YOGA.... STRETCH STRETCH, BEND BEND BEND BEND..... I LOVE YOGA TOO!!! It has been a long time since I did Yoga. I still remembered when I first did Yoga at Yoga @ Claymore and I was so scared that I will break my bone. Thanks to my friend's wrong mindset who told me I will break my bones and I really believe.... Thursday~~~~ Brisk walk in the morning otw to work Friday~~~~ THE BEST DAY OF THE WEEK!!! MY ZUMBA DAY!!! The day I GO HIGH HIGH HIGH HIGH UP THE SKY! The only day that I feel I am going for a PARTY INSTEAD OF A FITNESS CLASS... The Serangoon CC Zumba class is LITERALLY A PARTY! With an AWESOME TRAINER, AMAZING STUDENTS AND A CLASS FILL WITH LAUGHTER and also a mini choir singing along to the zumba tracks.... it sums it up!!! FUN!! 3 days in a week with intensive exercising, 5 days morning Brisk walking and 1 day intensive running. I am sure I will achieve my IDEAL WEIGHT IN NO TIME... From the 49 weight mark to a freaking 46 weight mark -----> 3kg more to my ideal 43kg!!! I gonna work hard to reach that goal by November 2014!!! I must DO IT! A CHALLENGE TO MYSELF!
