I was pretty excited to tried new thing and that was a new running route. I grew tired going to Tavistor Avenue Park to run. I was just running around the park and that all. Nothing special and Nothing fun either. I decided to try running around the estate and see how would I fare. I decided to tried it on a Monday Morning. Monday is the start of the week and I always have Bootcamp on a Monday night but there is NONE today. I felt weird without exercising. I was pretty excited to tried the new route that I actually could not fall asleep. How weird?? Weirdo Me.... So imagine my excitement, I was already up by 7am in the morning when I actually plan to run at 8 am instead. Since I was already up at 7am, I started the time at 730am sharp!!! I was excited but I was worry too. I was like what if I can't finished running and give up halfway but then when I started running, I forgot my worries and was just happily running and not caring about other stuffs. Running around the estates is really COOL. I did not for-seen myself running this route? I always FIND IT very FAR but today was the 1st and I guess it won't be the last...(: I passed by many places and at some point I stopped and reminiscence about the PAST! I passed by the kindergarden that I used to study... Those childhood's day are simply missed. I even passed by St Paul's church and also the old Serangoon CC before it shifted to now Serangoon North (: Memories indeed!! Running around the estates actually make me smile and I simply enjoyed myself neverless. I may be sweating like crazy but I was happy with endorphins overloaded in me! I actually wanted to time myself and also the gauged the distance but my running application hanged. In the end, I did not managed to know the distance I ran but I am sure I ran more than 1km. The distance don't seemed to be that short at all? New Running Route 1: Hemsley Avenue ---->Berwick Drive ----->Burghley Drive ---->Serangoon Garden Way New Running Route 2: Hythe Rd ---> Serangoon North (The Long route and not the short cut via my place to Serangoon CC) Basically I am running the feeder bus route. Since the bus go around the estate, the distance would be LONGER which I LIKE! I LOVE TO CHALLENGE MYSELF! New Running Route 3: I would go to Serangoon Stadium to RUN! New Running Route 4: (if I am crazy enough) I will run from my place to Bishan AMK Park... Okay, I think this is V FAR!!! Let me conquer the other first (: Suddenly I am like so into RUNNING until my mum was like ARE YOU GOING RUNNING AGAIN then I was YEAH!!! HAHAHA....!!! Overview of Today Fitness Regime: 1. Run around the estate ( will check the distance again) 2. 50 knee push up 3. 50 sit up ( I sucks at push up, It is so HARD But I want abs) 4. dumbbell exercise that I remembered doing at Bootcamp and watching utube video. Not sure If I am pushing myself too HARD But currently I feel all right!!! Today I just learnt something is whether we are doing: "Exercise to Keep FIT" or "FIT to Exercise"? I think BOTH applied to ME (: Labels: I am addicted to running tagboard.
