I was looking forward to Saturday caused it is the double session night walk.... Even in the day when I was with my bffs, I was already so excited and looking forward to it... Certainly it was totally so AWESOME!!! I Sweat so much but I certainly enjoyed every single minutes and seconds of this workout.... so we did cover around 7km... which mean I guess the 5km Electric run should be "quite okay" I guess. This is another event that I am also looking forward too.... In the day tried Madam Kwan at Vivo City for their "famous Nasi Lemak". In my opinion, I guess it was only "okie". I would rather eat the Singapore version. Eating Nasi Lemak actually ring warning bell to me cause 1st, it is coconut rice and secondly it is like "so unhealthy". It been ages since I last ate Nasi Lemak and today is the 1st time in 2014 that I am eating it... Chat, dine and talk rubbish with my bffs before we part way for me to go home to rest and get ready for the night walk. Since lunch was quite heavy, I really could not eat much so end up I cook some tom yum noodles for dinner. v unhealthy cause no veggie inside but I replace it with mushroom ball. Mushroom could be consider as vegetable...better than nothing. I took the train to Bishan MRT and from there walk to Bishan AMK park. It becomes a norm to me to walk from J8 to Bishan AMK park. The distance does not matter to me anymore and all I knew is every single steps I do is helping me to burn calories... so why not right?? Maybe I should challenge myself... actually I intend to BRISK WALK during the electric run 2014 on April 12. Maybe should just "try running" half of it and walk the other half... slow jog since not competitive but I guess this electric run is the 1st of the kind I am talking... kidding me right, I don't even bother about such run in the past and now I am like hohoho..
