I love drinking Apple Beetroot Carrot Juice.
Many times when I drank it, nothing happened but this time round it was HORRIBLE!
The worst and the most scary of all...Now when I think back of it and seeing how faint I look I cringed at the thought....

The problem:
The Beetroot was contaminated but how would I know right?
We put absolute trust in the drinks we buy and it did not taste any different from the usual.
Since Beetroot is being grown on the soil, I guess perhaps the fruit juice seller did not wash the Beetroot cleanly and perhaps did not handle it properly.

End Result:
This causes me to actually feel so faint and I felt like fainting.
The nauseous kicked in 1/2 hrs later and I keep throwing up non stop.
Mostly I thought after throwing up once, I would feel better but I could not stop throwing up...
End up I was throwing up rounds after rounds which make me feel very weak.
I tried to drink water to keep myself hydrated and instead I felt even worst and continued to throw up.
I tried to rest and took sour plum but end up I felt worst and the nauseous just continued without giving up. I felt so miserable and weak.

I could not take it anymore...
If I gonna continued throwing up, I think I gonna be dehydrated already....
I decide it is ENOUGH, I better go and see the doctor since I was already quite near my home.
End up I was too sick to think much, so when the doctor told me to take an anti-vomit jab I was like all right cause I was too sick to think much already. I just want to stop the vomiting...

Oh Finally....
The Jab worked...
My Nauseous went off and I felt better
I went back to rest and tried to get the much required rest and stay hydrated

Glad that it was Over!

Now I am so hesitate to even try Beetroot juice again after such a horrifying incident...
Now telling me the benefits of it will make me think twice after this incident....

I shall stick to celery and green apple...

Actually the main thing here is no matter what juice we are drinking and the fruit juice seller did not handle it properly, we would still get food poisoning aka fruit poisoning too...

but how would we know whether they did handle the fruit properly and hygienic? No one know except themselves right?

so...
I guess I will be very careful when I am drinking fruit juice from now onward...
I do not want another horrifying incident....
