After Double Session on Sunday, there is a back to back lesson on Monday!
Actually I don't mind caused I was looking forward to it.
If you asked me what keep me looking forward to Monday, it is just class after working hours.
All those classes make me HAPPY!! My endorphins (:

For this today this lesson, it is YOGA!
After the last lesson for Yoga at Sembawang CC, I never do any Yoga already so I felt I was getting stiff...so actually my body ache when I went home but HAHA, I am still satisfied and HAPPY!!

Today I tried something different.
Most of the time I would take train to AMK then take bus to AMK Bishan Park.
Today, I decided to BRISK WALK all the way to the park.
It may look very Far but actually after doing it, I felt it is still all right but then I was TOTALLY SOAKED with my sweat by just walking to the park!!  I practically did warm up already b4 class commence. The Best thing is I actually went to the another exit of the park and I could not find the place where we did our class... See how blur I am and end up I actually brisk walk half of the park just to find the venue!! OMG lah!!! It is only 715 and I am like sweating all over my Face! I was like die where is the place!!! The worst thing I was wearing slipper and the comfort of it is O.o!!
